On the occasion of Cherry Street Mission’s seventy eighth birthday, Taylor Automotive Family joined in the celebration with a special bike giveaway event that warmed hearts across Toledo. With new bicycles handed out to children and families in need, the day was filled with laughter, gratitude, and a powerful reminder that simple acts of kindness can spark lasting change.

In addition to the bike giveaway, Taylor Automotive donated five hundred dollars to provide lunch for guests and volunteers that day. This contribution made it possible for everyone to enjoy a shared meal together which added to the sense of community and celebration.

Cherry Street Mission has been a cornerstone of support in our community since 1947 providing shelter, meals, vocational training, and encouragement to those facing hardship. By partnering in their birthday celebration and offering bikes to local families, Taylor Automotive helped turn a milestone into a symbol of mobility, joy, and renewed possibility.

Moments like this reflect who we are as a company, a group of caring people committed to making a difference beyond engines and showrooms. We are proud to support Cherry Street Mission, to honor their legacy in Toledo, and to help share the gift of freedom with a ride worth remembering.
