Tom has won seven Ohio Cable Broadcasting Awards and made a lasting impact by fostering community engagement — including showcasing local artists from Unruly Arts at the dealership. He is also an accomplished author of four books, including Black in the Pocket: African American Quarterbacks that Changed the Face of American Football, highlighting African American quarterbacks in football history.

Born in Toledo, Terry excelled in sports from an early age, earning first-team All-Ohio honors in both football and basketball — one of the most accomplished two-sport athletes in Toledo City League history. As community ambassador, Terry is forging unprecedented connections between communities and organizations. He is also the author of Do You Have the Balls?, sharing his journey from childhood dreams to international athletic success, business leadership, and philanthropy.

A well-known figure in the Sylvania community, Mary Helen's involvement spans multiple facets — from her work as a columnist for Sylvania Neighbors and Perrysburg Living Magazines to her active role in community initiatives. One of her signature contributions is the creation of the Women in the Driver's Seat video series, where she interviews remarkable women making a significant impact in the community. Joan is a Findlay native who has served as the Community Ambassador for the Findlay area since 2022. She brings 30+ years of executive business experience spanning the private, public, and higher-education sectors. Joan has an extensive record of community service and has been a committee and board member for many nonprofit and community groups in both Findlay and Toledo. Her deep roots in the region make her uniquely positioned to connect Taylor Automotive with the organizations that matter most to Findlay-area residents.

Victoria represents Taylor Kia of Lima and embodies the dealership's values of trust, reliability, and community engagement. Her experience includes nearly three decades of leadership at a Fortune 100 financial services company, public school leadership as a multi-term elected school board member, and nonprofit board leadership. In the Lima community, Victoria has conducted a women's lunch and learn series, sponsored Warriors Way, supported local school districts, and organized park beautification events with dealership staff.
