Driving Women’s Health Forward: Drive to Donate Returns to Taylor Kia of Lima
Taylor Kia of Lima is once again putting community support in the driver’s seat with the fourth annual Drive to Donate campaign, benefiting women’s health through the Mercy Health Foundation Greater Lima.
Throughout October, Taylor Kia of Lima will make a $10 donation for every vehicle test drive completed at the dealership, giving community members an easy way to support local women’s health resources simply by getting behind the wheel. No vehicle purchase is necessary.
This year’s campaign, themed “Driving Women’s Health Forward,” has a goal of reaching 250 community test drives by October 31.
Supporting Women’s Health Close to Home
Proceeds from Drive to Donate benefit the Women’s Wellness Fund through Mercy Health Foundation Greater Lima. The fund helps make important women’s health services available to individuals who may otherwise face financial barriers to care.
According to Mercy Health Foundation, the Women’s Wellness Fund supports services and resources including mammograms and breast ultrasounds for qualifying women, as well as investments in mammography technology, equipment, and other women’s health needs.
Local coverage of this year’s campaign also highlighted the importance of routine screenings and early detection. Mercy Health representatives shared that donations help uninsured and underinsured patients access mammograms and ultrasounds that can identify breast cancer at an earlier, more treatable stage.
An Easy Way to Make a Difference
Participating is simple. Stop by Taylor Kia of Lima, 2100 N. Cable Road, anytime during October and complete a vehicle test drive. Taylor Kia of Lima will then donate $10 on your behalf to support women’s health through Mercy Health Foundation. There is no cost to participate and no purchase is required.
Participants can also sign a pink ribbon at the dealership, creating a visible reminder of the people and families touched by women’s healthcare and the community coming together behind this cause.
The campaign officially kicked off September 28 at the Mercy Health St. Rita’s Women’s Health Center with representatives from Taylor Kia of Lima and Mercy Health coming together to launch another month of community support.
Help Us Reach 250 Test Drives
There is still time to help us reach this year’s goal.
From now through October 31, 2026, every qualifying test drive at Taylor Kia of Lima means another $10 donated toward women’s health resources right here in the Lima community.
At Taylor Automotive Family, being locally owned, locally committed means finding meaningful ways for our dealerships and our neighbors to make a difference together. We are grateful for our continued partnership with Mercy Health Foundation Greater Lima and everyone who has already joined us in driving women’s health forward.
Stop in, take a test drive, and help us get closer to 250 test drives for women’s health.
