A Sold Out Night of Giving Operation Surprise Attack’s Designer Purse Bingo Brings the Community Together

What started as a fun night out quickly became a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together for a meaningful cause. The 2nd Annual Operation Surprise Attack Designer Purse Bingo was an incredible success, filling the showroom at Taylor Hyundai of Perrysburg to capacity and creating an unforgettable evening focused on supporting sick children and their families.

Held on May 14, 2026, the event brought together supporters from across the community for a night filled with excitement, generosity, and connection. From designer purse prizes and raffles to bingo games, silent auctions, delicious food, and live entertainment, every part of the evening reflected the heart behind Operation Surprise Attack’s mission.

Guests enjoyed food from Grape Leaf, beverages, a lively atmosphere, and music from Kacey Ellis, whose smooth sounds kept the energy high throughout the night. The event also featured a 50/50 raffle, door prizes, and a beautifully wrapped silent auction basket valued at more than $450.

Operation Surprise Attack President Lisa Fulton led the evening alongside dedicated board members Melissa, Czaria, Jill, Kevin, and TC, helping create an experience that was both meaningful and memorable. The overwhelming turnout showed just how much the organization’s work continues to resonate throughout the community.

The event sold out in just three weeks, with every seat in the showroom filled and supporters eager to be part of the cause. That level of response speaks volumes about the impact Operation Surprise Attack continues to make through the care and support they provide to children and families facing serious medical challenges.

With momentum continuing to grow, one thing became very clear by the end of the night. Next year may need an even bigger venue.
