A Night to Remember: SewHope’s Schoolhouse Rock Event Brings Community Together

Some nights remind us just how powerful community can be. The recent Schoolhouse Rock fundraiser for SewHope was one of those nights. Hosted with the support of Taylor Automotive Family, the event was filled with energy, generosity, and a shared belief in the mission of bringing education and opportunity to children in Guatemala.

Guests embraced the retro theme, showing up in their best seventies attire to dance, laugh, and celebrate for a cause that matters. From live music and trivia to raffles, food, and plenty of fun, every detail created a joyful atmosphere. Yet at the heart of the event was something even bigger, the collective effort to raise funds for the completion of SewHope’s new school.

The outpouring of support highlighted just how much this community believes in SewHope’s work. The funds raised will directly impact children and families by giving them access to classrooms, teachers, and programs that open doors for the future. It was more than just a party. It was an investment in brighter tomorrows.
