Taylor Automotive Family Ambassador Featured in The Nutcracker Student Performance

The holiday season brought extra sparkle to Northwest Ohio this year as one of Taylor Automotive Family’s very own Community Ambassador, Terry Crosby, was honored with a special guest appearance in the Nutcracker student performance at Live Arts Toledo. This cherished production — presented by Toledo Ballet and part of the annual Nutcracker tradition — is among the longest-running holiday ballets in North America, delighting audiences each December at the Stranahan Theater.

Live Arts Toledo serves as the region’s artistic hub, presenting world-class performances and cultural experiences that inspire the community through music and dance. As part of the 85th annual presentation of The Nutcracker this season, a special student performance offered a meaningful opportunity to involve local leaders and celebrate the artistic contributions of young performers across Northwest Ohio.

During this year’s student performance, our own Terry Crosby, was invited to take the stage in a guest role — a moment that not only honored their dedication to community engagement but also brought Taylor Automotive Family’s spirit of service into a beloved local tradition. This special role highlighted the intersection of community leadership and the arts, as both continue to play vital roles in shaping the cultural life of Toledo and surrounding cities. The Nutcracker tells the timeless story of Clara’s enchanted Christmas Eve journey — a tale of wonder, imagination, and celebration — accompanied by the Toledo Symphony performing Tchaikovsky’s iconic score. The annual production draws audiences of all ages, bringing families together to enjoy the magic of live theater and the joy of the holiday season.
